Dear City Taster, I have been to Wild Ginger Kitchen in New York City, and although my husband and I are not vegetarians, our meals were incredible! We went with another couple and we all ordered different meals. I would have to say that the overall favorite meal of the night was the General Tsao, a meal that anyone would enjoy. I honestly believe that most meat-eaters would not be able to tell that they were not eating chicken. It was heavenly! Every meal was delicious and delightful, and we are anxious to get back to NYC; the Central Coast of California does not offer anything like Wild Ginger Kitchen. Thank you for sharing your culinary experiences...I hope you'll share more!
